to transform their leadership.
Over the past fifteen years, I’ve coached over 350 leaders, including C-suite leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and middle leaders. I’ve also coached over 200 groups and teams.
When I work with coaching clients, I love helping them to figure out their challenges, lean into opportunities, and to develop the skills that they need to excel.
Some of my coaching work that I’m proudest of includes:
- Helping a law firm partner to improve her enjoyment of, and success at work.
- Working with a tech team that were arguing a lot figure out how to work together moving forward.
- Assisting the COO of a group of Further Education Colleges to gain a new CEO role at a more prestigious college.
- Helping a busy parent to achieve better work-life balance and rescue her mental and physical wellbeing from impending disaster.
- Working with a newly-formed senior leadership team in a large US law firm to help them decide how they would work together, and then supporting them through the first two years of their work together.
If I were to describe my coaching style, I’d say I’m collaborative, that I make use of a wide range of concepts, ideas and models from the worlds of business, leadership and psychology, and I help clients to see what’s right for them and to work towards achieving it.
