Overview
Over the past twenty years, I’ve designed and facilitated workshops for leaders and their teams, working with organizations ranging from law firms to tech start-ups to charities and marketing agencies to help them learn how to tackle their biggest challenges, improve team collaboration, and enhance leadership performance. I deliver workshops at all levels, from emerging management teams to groups of seasoned executives. My work is always bespoke, tailored to address the specific needs of the organization and team.

Some recent workshop successes that I’m particularly proud of include:
Strategic alignment for a consultancy practice: Facilitating a workshop for the leadership team of a boutique consultancy, helping them to align on their strategic goals and define actionable next steps.
Cultural transformation in an architecture practice: Running a series of workshops with team leaders to create and embed a new set of organizational values and behaviours, resulting in measurable improvements in winning clients, employee collaboration and team motivation.
Leadership development in a law firm: Delivering annual workshops for lawyers who have been promoted to partner, focused on the firm’s leadership values and advanced delegation and engagement skills. By working with this firm for the past decade, we’ve been able to develop a common and well-regarded leadership language shared between the partners and filtered down through the firm.
Transforming leadership in an education organization: Led a series of workshops for a group of senior leaders in a further education college, enabling them to adopt a more commercial mindset and approach students as customers.

I also create follow-up activities and reminders to embed the learning in the participants’ daily work and to help them to develop positive new habits.
