Over the past fifteen years, Katie has coached over 350 leaders, including C-suite leaders, founders, entrepreneurs, emerging leaders, and middle leaders.
Katie’s coaching expertise empowers leaders to tackle their biggest challenges and greatest opportunities, both in their leadership and in their careers. She offers her coaching services to individuals and groups, working with clients directly as well as via their organisations.
Her coaching style focuses on helping leaders move through their problems and out the other side. They’ll learn a lot about themselves, and undertake a lot of practical actions and meaningful changes along the way.
Katie’s ultimate aim is to leave her coaching clients positively altered by their experiences. To achieve this, she leverages her extensive knowledge of leadership research, and relevant coaching tools and techniques, to harness all the benefits that coaching can bring.
Through Katie’s coaching, individual leaders have achieved remarkable outcomes, including negotiating significant increases in pay and position; working through issues with politics, power and influence; improving relationships with colleagues and key stakeholders; enhancing communication skills; navigating big career transitions; aligning values with leadership; becoming more confident and competent as a leader.
Katie holds the PCC coaching qualification from the International Coaching Federation and has studied coaching at two leading schools – Bailey Balfour (Singapore) and the AoEC (London). She’s also a group coach (‘guide’) for Chief UK, the leading women’s network.
