I work with companies to design and deliver bespoke programmes to develop their leaders, which are shaped around their business needs. Working with both individual leaders and leadership teams, I provide tailored solutions to leadership challenges big and small.

When designing programmes, I identify the drivers of excellent leadership within the organisation’s context, and then create programmes centred around the key areas of leadership development. These programmes might include workshops, individual or team coaching, experiential learning, site trips, or anything else that fits my client’s needs and allows the development of exceptional leaders.

Every project calls on my extensive experience of executive education and leadership development. In my 15 years creating and delivering tailored, evidence-based programmes, I’ve helped clients like EY, Norton Rose Fulbright, the University of Law and Government Finance to develop their teams and ensure their leaders reach their full potential.
