I deliver workshops, training and facilitation.
I work with leaders, their companies and their teams to design and deliver bespoke programmes. I tend to focus on developing leaders, leadership teams, and helping leaders to develop their own teams.
Some of the leadership development programmes I’ve been involved with recently, and which give a scope of the type of work I do, include:
- Working with the entire partnership group of a renowned UK-based law firm to develop their leadership skills. I work with every new group of partners that the firm has, to ensure they have the leadership approach and ability that the firm expects of them.
- Helping a leadership team in an NGO improve their personal effectiveness, delegation and critical thinking skills, leading to much better 360 feedback for over 80% of the leaders on the programme.
- Being asked by a fintech’s international Head of Sales to work with the UK sales team to improve their collaboration and teamworking, leading to a significant up-tick in large sales involving multiple team members.
I bring new ideas and fresh thinking, coupled with leading-edge knowledge of what works when it comes to leadership. I’ll blend this with a programme design that fits the strategy, structure, culture and needs of the organisation (unless I’m told to break all the rules!). This significantly increases the effectiveness of the programme as it meshes well with what’s already in place.
